London Sports Trust

Our charity is dedicated to helping disadvantaged young Londoners through sport. We deliver a number of multi sport coaching sessions on a weekly basis in nurseries, schools and youth clubs to build up relationships with children and young people in the local area. The organisation is then able to provide key life skills to these young people through a number of different programmes which enables them to live independently. They are then encouraged to volunteer and get work experience which can help them in achieving employment.

Our Young Olympians and Life skills programmes give the confidence, skills and knowledge to young people to achieve success in all aspects of life. We operate a social enterprise that delivers structured sports sessions led by experienced coaches to have a sustainable business approach.

The aims of our organisation are to:

• Inspire change in young Londoners by educating and cultivating change through the power of sport
• Help disadvantaged children and young people to achieve their goals in life, sport and education
• Improve school performance and employment opportunities through our programmes
