Lifestyle Services Group is the biggest single provider of packaged account products and bespoke services to the retail banking sector. We also manage the largest number of mobile phone insurance customers in the UK on behalf of mobile networks and retailers such as Phones4u, Orange, 3 and Barclaycard plus many more.
We provide products that support “Mobile Life” including mobile device protection, mobile security and personal protection solutions. Services we provide include brokering, underwriting, fraud investigation, supply chain management and customer administration. We are also experts in sourcing and managing lifestyle products and solutions through third party suppliers.
We create products and services which are configurable so that they can be tailored to meet the needs of our partners and their customers.
We were established in 2005, acquired by Providence Equity Partners Inc in 2006 and most recently by BC Equity Partners in 2011. We have developed over 160 individual partner branded insurance schemes available to over 9.5 million customers. We have grown as a result of the company's dynamism, desire to innovate and a "get it right" mentality.
