Focus Fitness UK was established in 2011 by ex-professional footballers Gavin Heeroo and Dougie Freedman, bringing to the table everything they learned from the top-flight of the beautiful game. With three centres open in London, we are the first choice for health and fitness qualifications in the capital.
There is a fine line between winning and losing. The most important thing we can do in any experience is making sure we appreciate the journey. At Focus Fitness UK, we are big believers in taking a step at a time and giving the process of becoming a professional the respect it requires. From onboarding you, introducing you to your mentors, guiding you through your course and after-care as you enter a profession; we will ensure you are prepared and well looked after to get off to a flying start in this new chapter of your life.
