EmployAbility is the not-for-profit organisation dedicated to assisting students and graduates who have dyslexia, any other disability, long term illness or mental health condition into employment.
At EmployAbility we offer free support, guidance and advice throughout the recruitment process and beyond:
- Apply to current internship or graduate programmes directly through us with our list of ever expanding disability inclusive employers
- Our highly experienced team can provide you with guidance on how to make successful applications and CV’s, how to approach interviews and assessment centres, as well as pertinent information on disclosure of disability and information on your adjustment requirements
- Attend free skills workshops, to brush up on skills such as CV writing, interview techniques, assessment centre skills, filling out application forms and more
- Access information on disability inclusive employers, as well as support on issues regarding employment and disability
