Direct Care Works is a small person centred care company that provides opportuities for older and disabled people to live the lives they want to.
Person Centred means we put our clients in control by asking how we can make their lives better. This means we always offer a flexible service which is always varied.
All our staff go through a rigorous induction program and then ongoing training. We are also committed to the ongoing personal development and suitable staff are offered the chance to do appropriate course at level 2 and 3.
