Property agent welcomes graduates Property agent DTZ has hired a bevy of graduates for positions in various departments of the company, reports the Liverpool Daily Post.

A full 21 new graduates are to be posted to the outfit's offices in the north, it has been reported.

And 16 of the 130 graduates hired will join the firm's international offices in Hungary, Germany, France, Poland and Greece.

Some 64 per cent of the graduates hired have Masters degrees and 39 of them are able to speak a foreign language.

Some of the subjects they have graduated in include biology, IT, French and German.

Meanwhile, Thames River Capital has announced that it is to create a hedge fund to invest in real estate stocks, reports Reuters.

Mr Marcus Phayre-Mudge, who is to manage the fund told the news service, told Reuters: "The yield compression of the last three years, across all real estate segments and regions, is unwinding and the recent credit tightening is hastening that process."
