iGO4, a digital car insurance firm, is creating 100 new flexible jobs in Peterborough as it expands its operations in the city.

The company has reported record sales figures for the financial year to date and is looking to fill the 100 new Peterborough vacancies within the next twelve months.

All of the positions are flexible, with hybrid home/office working with casual dress code and a four day working week available for all of the roles.

The new recruits will be based at iGO4’s headquarters on Staniland Way in Peterborough and roles on offer include contact centre staff, pricing analyst vacancies and test engineer jobs.

iGO4 has been in business for 15 years and supplies insurance products to over 200,000 customers per year.

Launching the recruitment drive in Peterborough, iGO4’s founder and chief executive officer, Matt Munro, said: “The four-day week and hybrid model is working really well. We have a 100 per cent sign-up rate. Our colleagues are reporting they feel more refreshed thanks to a better, more flexible work-life balance.”

“We also know it’s created a buzz in Peterborough as we’re one of the first businesses in the UK to adopt it and we’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues over the coming year.”

“We’ve had record months for January and February this year, seen more customers than ever taking out policies with us, and are set to launch new brands and propositions to market.”

“As a result, we’re looking for additional talent to join our team and we’re keen to meet people who share our values and have a passion for helping customers - experience in insurance isn’t essential as we offer extensive training and support,” added the CEO.
