Coventry-based water and sewage firm Severn Trent is looking for 130 new apprentices and graduates to join its ranks.

The opportunities are all on offer at the company’s 40+ locations across the Midlands and the new recruits will be a massive addition to Severn Trent’s existing workforce of apprentices, which currently number just over 160.

As well as openings for entry-level apprentices with GCSEs there are also opportunities for degree-level graduates to apply for dozens of roles across a variety of disciplines and study towards higher apprenticeships up to level six and seven.

There is a mix of roles on offer, with placements within the company’s operational functions up for grabs, as well as office-based positions such as business analysts and marketing assistants.

Apprentice operation roles include everything from tanker drivers to maintenance technicians, where young people can work towards at least a level two intermediate qualification.

Announcing the recruitment drive for apprentices and graduates, Severn Trent’s new talent manager, Jade Pearson, said:
