Virgin Media Creating 100 New Customer Service Jobs In Manchester

Virgin Media, which merged with O2 earlier this year, is creating 100 new customer service jobs in Manchester.

Recruitment is now underway for both full and part time vacancies in the Wythenshawe area of the North West city.

Explaining the new vacancies in their frim, the broadband and telecom company’s website says: “Virgin Media currently employs over 450 customer service representatives in Manchester and, over the past year, has invested in more than 1,000 UK-based contact centre roles to help support its customers.”
