Telefónica, the telecommunications company behind the O2 name in the UK, has set an application deadline of 15th February for its 2013 graduate programmes and summer internships.

That gives you just a fraction over two weeks to get your applications into to work with this global company which employs over 10,000 people in the UK.

The Telefónica Talentum Graduate Programme runs for 2 years and successful applicants will specialise in key areas of the business like IT, Operations or Human Resources. The salary on offer for these graduate jobs is £30,000 per year.

The company is also looking for around 100 undergraduates in 2013 to take part in their summer internships and year long placements. Again, the interns will learn about different aspects of business in a global company in 3 month or 12 month placements. All of the summer internships and placements available at Telefónica are paid positions on a pro rata basis.

Telefónica has just two careers fairs left to attend in the current round of recruitment. They will be at Cardiff University on 5th February and the University of Leeds on the 7th. All UK applications for graduates and internships will close just over a week later.
