The supermarket chain Asda are creating over 450 new full time and part time jobs with the opening of their new store in County Armagh.
The Portadown store will be its first in the county when it opens in November 2012, not only bringing competiveily priced consumer goods to the area but also the additional 450 jobs.
As a result, there is much excitement in the area at the opporunities this developement is bringing and Asda have already begun recruiting for these positions.
Asda employs 90,000 part time and 60,000 full time staff across the country often featuring highly in the "Best companies to work for" lists based on employee satisfaction.
