Boots have just announced that they will be advertising 7,000 holiday jobs for Christmas 2011. That matches the number of holiday jobs that Boots had on offer both last year and in 2009.

“We're looking for people all across the UK and Ireland who can demonstrate genuine care and interest in our customers needs and go the extra mile to ensure everyone has a fantastic shopping experience whilst in our stores, as well as providing the best health and beauty advice available.”

Training will be offered for these holiday jobs as a variety of tasks will be expected to be carried out by the Boots Christmas Customer Assistants. In addition to a normal wage, anyone working at Boots is entitled to up to 22.5% discount in store.
