We're looking for:

Sushi experience is essential; however, we'll provide comprehensive training and will consider candidates with limited sushi skills as long as you've spent some time in a sushi kitchen.
Someone keen to perfect their skills, is reliable and possesses a strong work ethic.
A friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team is essential.
