The Botanist Cardiff Bay are hiring a Server
You'll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences from the moment guests sit down until the moment they leave. You'll combine warm, genuine service with product knowledge, attention to detail and a passion for making people feel welcome.
Whether you're recommending a favourite dish, delivering exceptional service during a busy weekend or helping guests celebrate a special occasion, you'll play an important part in creating moments worth remembering.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering friendly, engaging and memorable guest experiences
- Taking food and drink orders with confidence
- Sharing menu and drinks recommendations
- Building rapport with guests and creating genuine connections
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service
- Maintaining high standards throughout every shift
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and guest experience, friendly, confident and approachable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress or within hospitality is desirable but not essential.
