What You'll Be Doing

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food and service by:

• Preparing and presenting dishes to menu specifications, maintaining the highest culinary standards.
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Supporting and mentoring new team members with positive, respectful coaching.
• Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift.

👓What We're Looking For

We're looking for chefs who are passionate about great food and thrive under pressure.

You'll ideally have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Chef de Partie.
• Relevant professional catering qualifications.
• Experience within high-volume catering or hospitality environments.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• A passion for delivering outstanding food and guest experiences.
