The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and motivated chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes and overseeing kitchen operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in fast-paced, prestigious environments and be part of delivering world-class food for racing fans, VIP guests, and private events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present food to the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Work closely with front-of-house and event teams to ensure flawless service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CDP or sous chef in a busy kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
