🍴 The Role
As a Catering Assistant, you’ll play an important part in ensuring smooth food and beverage service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Preparing and presenting food and drink items to a high standard
- Operating tills and handling payments (where required)
- Maintaining cleanliness of service areas, counters, and equipment
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the wider catering team during busy periods
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in cold food prep (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Own transport (essential due to location)
- Safety shoes (mandatory requirement)
- Must be 18+
