🍽️ Kitchen Porter Wanted – NG90 2DB | Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours
We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join a busy and professional kitchen team based in NG90 2DB.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone reliable, hardworking, and looking for consistent weekday shifts with great daytime hours.
📍 Location: NG90 2DB
🕒 Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 2:30pm
💷 Pay Rate:
- £13.45 per hour
👕 Uniform:
- Smart, all-black uniform required
🪪 Please Note:
- Photo ID is required upon arrival
🍴 The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing pots, pans, crockery, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping kitchen and wash-up areas clean and tidy
- Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team during busy periods
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Emptying and moving bins safely
- Ensuring cleaning schedules and hygiene standards are followed
- Assisting with basic food prep where required
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

- Previous Kitchen Porter experience is essential

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
