Home to cricket and conferences and events, we are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist who can confidently deliver extraordinary and prompt service to our guests. As we are the face of the venue welcoming all personnel, this position does require bags of positive attitude, confidence and a warm, friendly manner!
**Minimum Guaranteed hours of 18 hours per week**
Candidate requirements:
- Flexibility with hours; this can vary between 06:30am-19:00pm weekdays. Occasional weekends will be required throughout the match season (June-September)
- Ability to engage with everyone around them and build long-term rapport with both guests and staff
- Organised & efficient, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Willingness to learn and grow
Desired requirements but not essential
- Understanding of Salesforce/Delphi software
- Understanding how Function Sheets/BEOs work
What will I be doing?
- Liaising with all departments to ensure smooth running of business
- Meeting & greeting all guests
- Creating menus for our conferences and events
- Scheduling digital signages across the venue
- Preparing manager packs for both conference/events and match days
- Managing deliveries and collections
