Locations: Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Lutterworth, Uppingham/Oakham
Role Levels: CPD, Sous Chef | Weekday & Weekend Shifts
Are you a skilled chef ready to bring your culinary expertise to a variety of busy venues across Leicestershire? We’re looking for passionate, experienced Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our team and deliver exceptional food across multiple locations.
🔪 Main Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes to menu specifications across different venues
- Ensure all ingredients are stocked and ready for service
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Support and lead your team with encouragement and respect
- Adapt to different kitchen environments and service demands
- Work efficiently under pressure to deliver smooth, high-standard service
✅ Skills / Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience essential (CPD / Sous Chef level)
- Own safety shoes and chef knives (mandatory)
- Flexible to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
