Festival Bar Staff - Oxford and Surrounding Areas
Location: Oxford, Reading and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay, £14.29 total

Live concert season is coming to Oxfordshire, and we are building our experienced bar team for a series of major outdoor shows this June and July, including iconic events at Blenheim Palace.
Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to work at large scale live concerts and premium outdoor events across Oxford and the surrounding areas.
If you are confident behind the bar, thrive in a fast paced environment, and love the buzz of live music and summer events, we want you on our team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and spirits high
- Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
