Festival season is coming to Anglesey, and we are building our bar team for Eisteddfod yr Urdd 2026 and other live events taking place throughout May.
Arc is hiring experienced Festival Bar Staff to be part of one of Wales’ most iconic cultural celebrations, alongside other major events across the region.
If you’re confident behind the bar, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the buzz of live events, we want you on our team.
Welsh speakers are strongly encouraged to apply, as this is a proudly Welsh-language event.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and spirits high
- Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
