🔪 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high and consistent standard
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are always maintained
- Manage portion control, stock levels, and prep within your area
- Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
- Be adaptable to different kitchen styles and service needs
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
- Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel independently to venues across Brighton (own transport or reliable public transport access)
- A valid Enhanced DBS certificate may be required for certain venues (especially schools and care settings)
- A positive attitude and reliability – we’re looking for team players
