Working Hours
Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Looking for an Experienced Sous Chef Mon-Fri 1630-2230 you will be trained in City & Guilds / NVQ in Cookery an in date Minimum level 2 Food Hygiene & Allergen Awareness you will have your own Chef whites & Safety Shoes and be Available Mon-Fri
Main Responsibilities
Based in a busy kitchen, your main tasks will be to:
- Prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
- Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
- Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team.
- Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
We are looking for Sous Chef's with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food.
Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
