BH Live is currently recruiting for Level 2 qualified Swimming Academy Teachers to join our team.
Swimming teachers are essential in ensuring people can learn to swim and enjoy the benefits of aquatics throughout their life. Becoming a swim teacher is an enriching journey that promises great satisfaction and the chance to positively impact lives.

Our Swimming Teachers:
· Complete group records of achievement for each class and take registers at the beginning of lessons.
· Provide a safe, informative, fun and productive lesson.
· Must be fully aware of the Centre's Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Procedures.
· Uphold the expected standards, behaviours, and values of BH Live.
· As a Level 2 Swim Teacher, you will teach swimming following the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework.
To be successful you will need:
· A passion for swimming and experience of working with children.
· To be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
· Ambition for continuous professional development.
· A Swim England Level 2/STA Award full certificate is required for our Swimming Teacher roles.
· To be available and able to work unsocial hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

If you don’t have a Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification but are a confident swimmer and are interested in joining our Swimming Academy.
