My client based in Derby is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join the team on a temp basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organised yard environment while supporting daily operational activities including loading, unloading, stock handling etc Working Monday-Friday 07:00-17:00 paying £13.28 per hour weekly pay Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently Cleaning and sanitising foot baths litter picking Cleaning and jet washing yard Sweeping and mopping Moving and organising stock within the yard Maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of the yard and site Assisting customers with product collection Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Supporting other departments as required Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or similar environment preferred Good understanding of health and safety practices Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude OWN TRANSPORT IS NEEDED DUE TO SITE LOCATION CALL HAYLEY ON (phone number removed) NOW OR APPLY ONLINE NOW!
