Work Management Project Support
Location: HPC, TA5 1YA (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Pay: £124 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday 37 Hours
Are you organised, proactive, and eager to support a major energy project? Our client, a leading energy provider, is hiring for a Work Management Project Support role within their commissioning operations team at the HPC Power Station. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile project delivering future energy solutions.
What you'll be doing:
* Organising work packages for maintenance teams, ensuring timely distribution and completion.
* Supporting the preparation of Work Authorisation Forms (WAF) to enable work to start on schedule.
* Processing completed work packs and ensuring accurate closeout procedures.
* Reporting on WAF progress and flagging potential issues to keep work on track.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of work management processes and tools.
* Gaining experience with Asset Suite and P6 planning tools, with full training provided.
* Collaborating closely with maintenance team leaders to ensure effective communication and readiness.
What you'll bring:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate clearly in writing.
* A proactive approach and confidence to challenge or report issues.
* An interest in asset management tools and planning software is a plus, but not essential.
