  • Build strong relationships with wholesale accounts and present seasonal products and ranges.
  • Manage customer queries, sample requests and logistics coordination.
  • Work closely with our bakery, butchery, creamery and farm kitchen to ensure orders are produced and dispatched on time.
  • Support new business opportunities and the long-term growth of wholesale accounts.
  • Produce and analyse reports covering order volumes, processing times, revenue, customer satisfaction and delivery performance.

  • A team that knows how to have fun with regular team engagement activities, including Fun Squad events.
  • Up to 30 days annual leave each year for our full-time team.

  • Proven experience using ERP systems, ideally Sage X3 or similar.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Experience managing high-volume orders and balancing multiple complex priorities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence in customer-facing situations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience producing KPI reports, tracking performance and identifying trends.
  • A proactive, organised and results-driven approach, with a customer-focused problem-solving mindset.
  • GCSEs, A-Levels or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths; enthusiasm for specialist food-production environments would be advantageous.
