We’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced and creative Cocktail Bartenders to join our premium hospitality team at Aston Villa Football Club.
Our matchdays are about more than football – they’re about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. We’re looking for bartenders who can bring energy, personality and professionalism behind the bar.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a cocktail bar or premium hospitality environment for a minimum of 12 months.
- Confident preparing and serving a range of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Good knowledge of spirits, wines, beers and other beverages.
- Strong understanding of cocktail techniques, measures and presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, great personality and passion for hospitality.
- A team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.
- Strong drinks knowledge and ability to make recommendations
- Wine knowledge - pairing, presentation, and pouring
- Calm, professional, and personable under pressure
- Ability to carry and unload a drinks tray confidently
- Comfortable with long periods of walking and standing
- Aged 18+

Outside of these dates, you can pick up additional shifts across our wider portfolio to boost your hours while maintaining flexibility.
