About The Ned:
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 248 hotel bedrooms.
As part of our wellness team, you will:
- Respond professionally and in a timely manner to telephone, email and online enquiries, providing accurate information about treatments, services, facilities, availability and booking terms.
- Create, amend and cancel bookings accurately, capturing guest preferences, relevant health information, payment details and special requirements in line with procedures.
- Recommend suitable treatments and wellness experiences, identify opportunities to enhance each visit and support revenue through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage therapist schedules and treatment-room availability carefully to maximise capacity while protecting service quality and operational flow.
- Communicate booking details, changes and guest needs clearly with spa reception, therapists, fitness, membership and front office teams.
- Resolve booking queries and service concerns with ownership, discretion and sound judgement, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain complete and confidential guest records, process payments and deposits correctly, and follow data-protection, cancellation and no-show procedures.

What you can bring to the role:
- Previous experience in reservations, reception, guest services or customer service within hospitality, spa, wellness, leisure or a comparable service-led environment.
- Confident telephone and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries, priorities and booking changes accurately.
- Comfortable using reservation, scheduling, payment and standard office systems; experience with spa booking software is desirable.
- Commercial awareness and confidence recommending services or products in a guest-focused way.
