About The Ned:
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 248 hotel bedrooms.
As part of our wellness team, you will:
- Be the smiling face that greets every member and guest to our Club Spa spaces, you’ll have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality
- This can be a high-pressure role where you'll often be managing enquiries, bookings, amendments, confirming guests' and members' requirements and providing clear guidance on facilities available.
- Take ownership of guest requests. In our Spa Club spaces, you may be looking after high-profile people who value their privacy, so a degree of confidentiality is non-negotiable
- Complete opening, closing and routine checks so that the wellness area is clean, presentable, stocked and ready for use.
- Monitor the condition and use of facilities, reporting maintenance, cleanliness, stock or safety issues and following through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate handovers to support continuity across shifts. You will work closely with the Wellness teams to coordinate the member and guest journey.
- Follow health and safety, hygiene, security and emergency procedures at all times.

What you can bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, wellness, health club or medical environment is essential
- You will confidently handle bookings, payments and guest information accurately
- As the smiling face that greets every member and guest to our wellness spaces, you’ll have a bright personality and genuine warmth, with the ability to explain services and procedures simply
- A Pool Responder certification is desirable, as this role is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and readiness to respond to pool-related incidents. However, full training can be provided and we can support you in obtaining this certification
