We’re looking for a Weekend Door / Guestlist team member to join The Old Queens Head.
The Old Queen’s Head is an award-winning North London pub that moves between great food, proper pints and late nights. We serve one of the area’s most popular Sunday roasts, we’ve recently launched our in-house pizza concept Hot Saint, and our club room hosts DJs and late-night parties throughout the week.
It’s a pub with a lot going on. Great drinks, good music and a lively crowd. We’re looking for someone warm, charismatic and confident behind the bar who loves the buzz of nightlife and knows how to lead a team while delivering great service. If you enjoy music, busy rooms and the atmosphere of a proper late-night pub, you’ll feel right at home here.

You’ll oversee the guestlist, checking names accurately, managing arrivals efficiently and working closely with security and management to keep the queue moving. It’s high volume, so you’ll need to stay calm, clear and consistent.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and check guestlist accurately
- Welcome guests in a professional and direct way
- Communicate clearly with security and management
- Control queue flow and manage wait times
- Maintain an organised and efficient front of house
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar front of house or guestlist role
- Confident communicator with good judgement
- Calm and organised under pressure
- Detail focused and reliable
- Comfortable working late nights

- Competitive pay: £13.25 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday.
