As an Operations Assistant based in Cardiff you’ll be responsible for:
- Checking Goods-in are correctly delivered against delivery notes.
- Accurately picking and labelling goods booked out to customers.
- Deputising for the Operations Supervisor or Manager as required.
- Provide a high level of customer service by supplying the correct materials.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 5pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience working in a similar environment would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and be happy to work in a yard environment
- Be capable of heavy lifting
- An FLT licence would be a real advantage but is not essential
- Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships
