The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of No 32 The Old Town, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm, genuine smile.
• Taking food and drink orders and making recommendations from our seasonal menus.
• Delivering exceptional table service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensuring the restaurant floor, tables, and wait stations are kept clean and fully prepped.
• Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

About You

• Experience: Previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar is preferred, but a brilliant attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
• Personality: You are outgoing, friendly, and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: You love working as part of a close-knit team and are always ready to help out your colleagues.
• Communication: You have great communication skills and a high standard of spoken English.
• Flexibility: You are available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
