Van Driver - Hull
Location: Based out of Hull
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
Day shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Evening shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
(Flexibility for both shifts is beneficial)
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Van Driver to join our team.
This role involves a significant amount of heavy lifting, so applicants must be physically capable and comfortable with manual handling tasks as it can be a physically demanding role.
Key Responsibilities
Driving a van to deliver goods across Yorkshire
Loading and unloading items using ramps
Carrying out heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Handling and delivering oil products, following all safety procedures
Ensuring deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard
Carrying out basic vehicle checks and keeping the van clean and roadworthy
Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting
Comfortable working with oil and related materials
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Good knowledge of Yorkshire road networks is desirable
Ability to work day and evening shifts as required
