We're recruiting enthusiastic Retail Till Operators to join us at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for another incredible year of events. From Premier League football and NFL fixtures to sold-out concerts and major live events, you'll be right at the heart of the action all year round.

To unlock opportunities to work across our wider venue network, you'll need to complete a minimum of three shifts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
What You'll Be Doing
As a member of our retail team, you'll help create an outstanding experience for every guest by:
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service
- Operating tills and processing cash and card payments
- Managing customer queues and maintaining efficient service
- Restocking kiosks and retail areas
- Promoting and upselling products where appropriate
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and presentation-ready
What We're Looking For
We're seeking energetic and reliable individuals who thrive in busy environments and enjoy working as part of a team.
Essential Requirements
- Aged 18 or over
- Confident interacting with customers and members of the public
- Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods, particularly on matchdays and event days
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Proactive and willing to support the wider team when needed
- Comfortable standing and walking for the majority of your shift
- Able to work in an environment where alcohol is served and sold
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
