What you'll be doing
Carrying out high‑precision TIG welding on thin‑gauge stainless steel
Working confidently from engineering drawings and technical specifications
Fabricating and assembling bespoke components to exacting standards
Ensuring weld quality meets strict internal and industry requirements
Collaborating with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines
Maintaining a safe, organised, and compliant workshop environmentWhat we're looking for
Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel
Ability to produce clean, accurate, visually high‑quality welds
Strong fabrication knowledge and metal finishing skills
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
A detail‑driven, proactive approach with pride in workmanship
