The RoleAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adult service users with their daily living and personal development.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting clients with daily living activities, including household tasks and medication assistance
Encouraging independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times
Accompanying clients on community outings and organised day trips
Facilitating and supporting engaging onsite activities such as arts and crafts
Building positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
Maintaining accurate records and adhering strictly to company policies and care standards
This role requires patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding care.

Pay rates: £12.66 - £13.43 per hour
Shifts: Full time Only, 8am – 4pm Or 4pm -12am Or 12am - 8am
