Background and Introduction

As we expand our UK client base, we are looking for driven students to join us as Strategy Assistants — a role that sits at the heart of our client delivery model, working directly alongside our Senior Advisors in every engagement. This is a casual, paid position with hours that flex naturally around your studies.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Attend client planning workshops (typically four sessions of six hours each) and capture strategic discussion in real time
• Synthesise outputs into structured plan documents using our proprietary frameworks
• Prepare polished draft plans for Senior Advisor review after each session
• Support pre-workshop briefing preparation and post-session follow-up
• Liaise professionally with senior client stakeholders during engagements

Selection Criteria

• Excellent written communication skills — able to synthesise complex information quickly and clearly
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working at pace in a client-facing environment
• Professional and discreet when working with senior business leaders
• A genuine interest in business strategy and how organisations grow
