As our Stock Control Administrator, you’ll be part of the Retail Ops Team, working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Retail Ops Lead You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers — today and tomorrow. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Stock Control Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Stock Control team. This role is responsible for maintaining stock records, processing transactions, managing documentation and supporting day-to-day stock control activities.
The role plays an important part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently, allowing Stock Control Coordinators to focus on project work and stock investigations.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- D365 Administration: Process stock adjustments, transfers and inventory transactions within D365.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory information as required.
- Documentation: Manage stock control paperwork, approvals and audit records.
- Reporting: Produce and maintain stock control reports and trackers.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for stock control administrative queries and provide support to stores and operational teams.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all stock control processes are completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stores, logistics and commercial teams to resolve administrative issues.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide administrative support for the stock control team and the business as required.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience using business systems (D365 experience beneficial).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a team.
