We are looking for a Spa Receptionist who brings warmth, grace, and attention to detail to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable first impressions, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As Spa Receptionist, you will play a key role in shaping each guest’s journey—from arrival to departure—ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience.
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage spa reservations, appointments, and inquiries efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on treatments, facilities, and products
- Coordinate with therapists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle guest feedback with care and attention
- Maintain a calm, organised, and inviting reception environment
- Support retail sales and promote spa services
About You:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or guest-facing role, ideally within a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment
- A warm, polished, and professional presence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confidence in handling bookings and administrative tasks
- A genuine passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences
