The Botanist Albert Dock are hiring a Sous Chef


We're looking for Sous Chefs who are passionate about great food, strong teamwork and creating memorable dining experiences.

At The Botanist Albert Dock, you'll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food while maintaining a positive and high-performing kitchen culture.

You'll lead by example, support the development of your team and help ensure every service is delivered with consistency, quality and care.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day leadership of the kitchen
  • Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation standards
  • Coaching and developing kitchen team members
  • Supporting stock control and food cost management
  • Maintaining food safety and compliance standards
  • Delivering smooth and successful services
  • Helping create a positive and collaborative kitchen environment


What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong culinary skills with a passion for leadership and teamwork.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
