Sous Chef Duties:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development, focusing on locally sourced, sustainable ingredients such as rare-breed meats and fresh, seasonal produce
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation that align with company aspirations
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
- Oversee kitchen operations during busy service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage to maintain efficiency and profitability
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable dining experience
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
