Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.
Today, we’re a growing group of restaurants across the UK.

The role
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Sous- Chef to help the Head chef lead the kitchen.
You’ll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail
What you’ll do
- Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Run service with pace, focus and control
- Deliver every dish with consistency and care
- Train and support junior chefs
- Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness
- Take ownership and help drive the kitchen forward
This role is for you if you
- Love the heat, pace and precision of the wok
- Care about flavour, detail and doing things right
- Lead by example and bring the team with you
- Stay calm under pressure and get stuck in
- Want to grow with a brand that takes food seriously
- Have strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok
