As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be part of the PR, Community & Partnership team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior Manager Social Media & Editorial Social Media. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.


WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

The Social Media Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the creation, organisation, and delivery of global social and editorial Social Media. This role ensures all assets, copy, and Social Media workflows run smoothly, enabling high‑quality storytelling that strengthens brand equity, cultural relevance, and community engagement.


Working across Social, Editorial, Creative, Brand Marketing, PR, Partnerships and Regional teams, the Social Media Coordinator helps bring global stories to life by supporting Social Media production, managing calendars, preparing briefs, organising assets, and ensuring consistent, accurate delivery across channels. This role contributes directly to strategic KPIs including engagement, brand equity, cultural influence, GTM effectiveness and consideration, and plays a key part in supporting globally aligned ways of working and Social Media governance principles.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and manage social media operations by maintaining calendars, workflows, briefs, deadlines and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution across Social, Editorial, Creative and regional teams.
  • Prepare and optimise content for publishing through copy drafting, asset organisation, quality assurance, editing and platform-specific formatting, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and governance guidelines.
  • Support content creation and toolkit development by identifying social-first opportunities, assisting with content capture, preparing toolkits and guidelines, and coordinating the assets, products and resources required for successful delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence by managing asset libraries, gathering stakeholder inputs, reviewing market activity, tracking feedback, maintaining documentation and ensuring consistent execution across global social channels.



KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed workflows, solve problems independently and ensure projects remain on track in a fast-paced environment.
  • Social media and content expertise, with a strong understanding of social platforms, digital content formats, cultural trends and brand storytelling, alongside the ability to identify and capture engaging social-first content opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills, able to write clear, compelling copy, support editorial storytelling and edit social assets using platform-native and creative tools to suit different audiences and channels.
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented, with experience working cross-functionally across Social, Creative, Editorial, PR, Partnerships and Marketing teams, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance and brand consistency.
