Site Utilities Engineer -
Location: Kidderminster

Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 + excellent bens.
Are you an experienced engineer ready to take ownership of critical site utilities and keep a complex industrial environment running smoothly? We're looking for a Site Utilities Engineer to support and maintain key systems across a large engineering/manufacturing site.
A BOAS certification is desirable but not essential, if you don't have it, you'll receive full support to obtain it. Participation in the call-out rota will be required.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring continuity of utilities supply across the site
Day-to-day operation and maintenance of the boiler house
Servicing and repairing fire suppression systems
Maintaining HVAC and steam systems
Supporting compressed air system upkeep
Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Carrying out installations, remedial works, and urgent reactive repairs
Conducting general mechanical repairs
Participating in the boiler house call-out rota
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
C&G NVQ Level 2 engineering-based qualification
At least 3 years' experience in an industrial or commercial environment
Experience working with HVAC systems
Knowledge of fire suppression systemsDesirable:
BOAS Cert IBO
IPAF and PASMA
Boiler house operation
Asbestos awareness
L8 awareness
Experience using a CAFM/CMMS system
