As The Senior Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Sales team, working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Sales Manager. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers — today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

The Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator is pivotal in enabling commercial success by driving operational excellence across sales processes, systems, and reporting. This role ensures the sales function operates efficiently and effectively, supporting our strategic focus on consumer centricity and growth. By embedding robust processes, accurate forecasting, and actionable insights, the Sales Operations Lead empowers the team to deliver superior customer experiences and achieve revenue targets.

This role also plays a key part in implementing our operating model principles—clarity of accountability, decision rights, and cross-functional collaboration—ensuring alignment between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver strategic KPIs.

Core Accountabilities

  • Sales Process Management: Own and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability across markets.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Lead the development and maintenance of accurate sales forecasts, leveraging data insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reporting on key commercial metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion, customer acquisition) to Sales Manager and leadership teams.
  • Systems & Tools Optimization: Manage and enhance CRM and sales enablement tools, ensuring adoption and alignment with global standards.
  • Data Governance: Maintain data integrity across sales systems, implementing controls and best practices for accuracy and consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to align on demand planning, promotional activity, and inventory management.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training for sales teams on processes, tools, and reporting to drive capability and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction within the sales function.

Key Skills & Capabilities

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of sales operations, revenue drivers, and market dynamics within a consumer-focused business.
  • Analytical Expertise: Advanced ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Process Excellence: Proven experience in designing and optimizing sales processes and workflows.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Language Skills: English and German is essential for effective communication and relationship-building within the market.
