WHERE YOU SIT

As our Samples Coordinator, you’ll be part of the GSC team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Global Production Planning Manager. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.


WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

Coordinate end-to-end samples management to ensure timely creation, tracking and delivery of product samples for GTM, market feedback and quality review. This role supports consumer centricity by enabling on-time product storytelling and sell-in, while safeguarding data accuracy and cross-functional alignment across Sourcing, Product Development, Merchandising and Markets.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Samples Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end sample operations, planning and tracking sample requests across seasons, maintaining accurate records, raising purchase orders and ensuring samples are delivered in line with key Go-to-Market milestones.
  • Coordinating suppliers, logistics and distribution, partnering with suppliers, freight partners and distribution centres to manage sample production, shipping, receiving and onward distribution while proactively resolving delays or issues.
  • Maintaining accurate systems, documentation and data, creating and updating records within PLM/ERP systems, ensuring documentation, specifications, packing information and traceability are accurate, complete and audit-ready.
  • Driving operational performance and issue resolution, monitoring sample order progress, managing exceptions, supporting supplier invoice updates, tracking KPIs and implementing corrective actions to improve service, quality and delivery performance.
  • Supporting cross-functional product and commercial activities, coordinating sample availability for showrooms, market meetings, wear testing and other key business events, while working closely with Product, Merchandising, Suppliers and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless sample management process.

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Strong sample operations expertise, with experience supporting product development, sourcing and Go-to-Market processes, and a solid understanding of seasonal sample lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organisational and operational skills, able to manage high volumes of work, balance competing priorities and consistently deliver against deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong systems and data capability, confident using PLM, ERP and tracking tools to maintain accurate records, monitor sample progress and ensure data integrity.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships with global teams, suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate activity and resolve issues quickly and collaboratively.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, demonstrating ownership, strong follow-through and an understanding that accurate, on-time sample delivery is critical to creating exceptional customer experiences and successful product launches.
