As The Sales Operations Lead DACH, you’ll be part of the Sales team, working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Sales Manager. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers — today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Operations Lead DACH to support and elevate our regional wholesale business. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, operational excellence, and digital account management. You will lead a team of Sales Operations Coordinators while also owning key digital wholesale partnerships, ensuring seamless execution, strong commercial performance, and best-in-class customer experience.

This position requires a balance of leadership, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on optimizing processes, supporting sales growth, and driving operational efficiency across the DACH region.

Core Accountabilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Coordinators across the DACH region
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a high-performance culture
  • Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Act as the key point of escalation for operational challenges within the team

Sales Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including order management, allocation, and fulfillment processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of wholesale orders across all channels
  • Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Maintain data integrity across systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and order platforms)

Digital Wholesale Account Management

  • Own and manage key digital wholesale accounts (e.g., major e-commerce partners)
  • Drive commercial performance through close collaboration with partners on assortment, availability, and campaigns
  • Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns with digital partners
  • Ensure smooth stock delivery across key digital wholesale accounts

Commercial & Analytical Support

  • Provide data-driven insights to support sales strategy and decision-making
  • Track and analyse delivery performance, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Support planning processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Support go-to-market execution and ensure alignment across departments
  • Contribute to regional and global projects aimed at improving sales operations and systems

Key Skills & Capabilities

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Wholesale, or Commercial roles, ideally within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience managing or working with digital wholesale accounts / e-commerce partners
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, order management, and supply chain dynamics
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Excel (advanced level preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and German.
