Arc is recruiting Retail and Customer Service Staff for a range of busy events and venues across Glasgow at the end of June 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll be part of the front-line team helping deliver an excellent customer experience. Duties may include:
- Serving customers and handling transactions
- Supporting retail stands, kiosks, or customer service points
- Helping guests with queries and directions
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and well stocked
- Working efficiently in a busy event environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments
Must be 18 or over
